Blurry Text and Objects in Motion

Hi,

when I create objects and text in Motion, the appearance and the rendered outcome is always blurry.

When I zoom in, there are not sharp edges. How can I change this. I already tried to change the quality and the the render options, this changes the blurriness a bit, but I do not get sharp edges.

Any help is appreciated!

You are zooming the cancas up to 800%.

If your project is, say, 1080p, then everything is rendered at that size.

Zooming in the canvas is different from, say, dolling in with a camera.

Perhaps if you can tell us what it is that you are trying to achieve we can give more tailored advice.

Some things can be exported to FCP without “fixed resolution”, so as to work at different sizes but if you export the canvas as an image or a Quicktime movie everything must be rasterized.

Thank you for your answer, Luis!

What I am trying to achieve is to create text and graphics which look sharp on the screen. Even if I create a text in 100% zoom, I see grey edges.

I used After Effects before and when zooming in, I was able to see the graphics pixel-perfect on the screen that I created. It did not show the blurry edges like on the screen with Motion. It was just white or black, but no grey edges when I created say a white box on black background.

I now played a little with the rendering options. When I put the quality to "draft" (I assume this is what it is called in the english version?), I see the edges of the boxes pixel-perfect, but the edges of the text is still blurry.
