My son can bi-pass the app limit on Brawl stars. He says he just
simply has to try again after seeing the blocked app pop up message and he can continue.
this is apparently a recurrent problem for parents. has anyone found any solution to this, called Apple to find out why their security does not work on this app and most importantly asked if they are doing something to improve the situation ? Or do we have to wait and feel helpless ?

To start, which device are we working with? Which exact version of iOS are you updated to under Settings > General > About?
Are you able to confirm that the Downtime / App Limits for your child's device have been set correctly? This article shows how to check: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Are the Settings are syncing properly between your device and your child's device?
Have you enabled the "Block at Downtime" / "Block at End of Limit" options for your child’s Downtime / App Limit settings?

Next, be sure the affected app has not been included in the Always Allowed section of their Screen Time settings. Toggle Ask to Buy (Off / On) for your child, using your device and wait at least 15-60 seconds before turning it back On: Approve what kids buy with Ask to Buy
If that doesn't resolve the issue, change the Screen Time passcode for your child's device to ensure they haven't guessed the passcode.
If you're using "Share Across Devices", try disabling this feature on all devices, then test the issue again.

we are talking about an iPhone 7 with iOS 14.4.1.
yes, i think and checked - we have been doing everything correctly. All other blocking works, but brawl stars doesn’t. Every time he wants to continue playing he just asks for a minute more and it switches to « all you want » more.
