Unknown location shows on my weather app .

For a couple of weeks several times a day, but always first thing in the morning, when I check the weather app, a location I never heard of shows up and then quickly disappears and my correct location shows up. The location name is two words, starts with the letter G and is either Plaza or Piazza and it's always the same location that shows up. Everything else on my phone appears to be all right. What would cause this and how can I stop it, does anyone know? Yes I am using a VPN.

Also is there a way to record all the activity on my phone or mirror it so that I can capture this?
