My MacBook ask : this Mac is still waiting for approval by another device,what should I do?

You are signing into your apple ID on your macbook. Correct?
If so, I think you have 2 factor authentication on.
If yes, then one of your other devices on the same apple ID will have popped up a security code for you to enter on your macbook.
