How can I bypass "ActivationLock" on an old iPad mini I have? I have been able to access my account online, but device isn't listed. I do NOT have the same phone, phone number, or email as I did 6 years ago when I set up the iPad. Don't know if this would be helpful or useful, but the Ipad mini is the only [I] or Apple device I've ever owned.

An activation lock can only be removed using information for the account that applied the lock. If you know this information follow the onscreen steps to enter the Apple ID and password used to set up the device, or enter the device passcode.

If you are the original owner and have forgotten the log-in information, try to recover it:

- Apple can remove a lock if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership.
