We are not Apple employees here, so providing your conversation reference number will do no good as we can't either pull it up or act on it.

You need to contact Apple Support directly, using this reference number, for further assistance with this matter. That should have been provided to you either in the messaging session or via an email from Apple.

If you have neither of these, just use the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
