I cannot remove a login item. It states in yellow triangle

Yellow triangle states "You cannot change this item because it's managed by your system administrator". I am the administrator. I have a local admin account but when I log in with the local admin account I cannot see the "login Items" tab of the affected account.

How can I remove the "login item"?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

Isn't there a little lock at the bottom of the login item page? Click it and unlock it with your admin account name and password.

I did unlock with admin account and it still gives me the yellow triangle and does not allow it to be removed.
