Will leaving family sharing turn off email notifications to my parents?
My parents set up family sharing when I was about 16 and made me a part of it. Whenever I bought anything in the app store, they would always receive email notifications alerting them even though everything I buy is on apple store credit that I paid for myself. Now that I’m an adult, they’re still getting email notifications for everything I buy. Is that because I’m still in family sharing, or is there another reason? I’m going to leave family sharing anyways, but I was wondering if they will still get purchase notification emails even after I’ve left. Is this something with the way my account is set up, or is it family sharing? If anyone could please help me with how to stop apple from notifying them on every purchase I make, it would be much appreciated.
