i have a problem with my apple account. I can’t download or update any apps in the AppStore since 1 week. Help me

I did it before writing here. But it’s the same. I can’t download and update my apps.

Sorry, but an account that is disabled in iTunes and App Store is something that only Apple Support can resolve.
