Hello! My current version of MacOS is Hight Sierra 10.12
I'd downloaded 10.13.6 - the only version was available in Apple site and trying to upgrade, it says you
need to install 10.13 first. Where to find it, please?

High Sierra is High Sierra:
macOS 10.13 is the version (High Sierra). 10.13.6 has all the security updates and bug fixes. You should be fine. Is something not working?
Click on the link I posted above. The one you have is an updater and cannot perform a full-version upgrade.
