I’ve had large deposits and withdrawals on my account I don’t recognize and my account went from legit tax return money to very negative amount and I’m / I can’t figure it out

This looks like an Apple Cash issue not an Apple Card issue.
I talked to the banking division for Apple Cash and they told me to let my financial institution know that a dispute ( minor under 100$) has been dissolved and to email the confirmation back to appledisputes.Corp and that should resolve the 1400.00 that vanished , still didn’t give me an answer on multiple large deposits and withdrawals on my account that wasn’t my money ( that I know of ) I’m a student and deal with mohela and 3 rd party banking disbursements for school stuff

Cash I only use it on my iPhone to pay and transfer funds
One issue at a time I’m not sure what’s going on
