removing Robokiller for good!

First, thanks for replying to my query. However, I'm not sure what you are asking. According to the pics you sent, it looks like I'm supposed to delete FB. Is that right? Robokiller is not listed in the iPhone storage on my phone.

Here's the problem. I've already deleted robokiller app. in Jan. I've allowed the renewal to expire so it has not been renewed. I am still getting messages from them (see the latest above and they are preventing calls from coming through on my phone. Is there another hidden link to their app that is still in the iPhone besides the path you have suggested? thanks again.

Roger that. I did not make a backup before I uploaded robokiller app.

I went to Robokiller's support help center and read what they recommended which I did and then they suggested that I call my carrier if what I did didn't work and ask them to reset call forwarding, however I do not have call forwarding so that didn't help. But I did call my carrier to see if they could help in any other way. They really tried to no avail.

I'll keep plugging away till I find a solution. Thanks. If you can think of anything else, I would be more than appreciative.

Yep. That's my last resort. I'm ready to do that if I don't get any relief from Robokiller support. I just emailed them.
