Apple gift card
How do I purchase apps with gift cards? It still takes me the part where it asks for credit card info

You may have to enter a credit card for "verification" purposes (Apple doesn't explain anwhere what they mean by that). You can remove it later. If your balance can cover the cost of the purchase then your card won't be charged.
