Horizontal Black Lines

Hello, I use an iPhone XR that I recently purchased back in late November 2020.

Whenever I’m watching something on YouTube, TikTok or whatever,

I occasionally notice thin black lines that are somewhat see through, whenever I move the screen they disappear!

I really would like to know what the issue is and I will provide pictures if possible.
