I cannot get my iPad mini to unlock
My iPad mini is stuck on the activation lock screen and I cannot get it to unlock no matter what I try

To unlock Activation Lock you must have the Apple ID and Password used to set up the iPad. If you are not the original owner you are out of luck without their help. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you are the original owner and can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. Check this link...
