My email hasn’t updated in over a week and i’m worrying because i’ve tried everything people told me to do..will the update fix it? let me know

Have you tried deleting the account, restarting the device, and then adding the account back?


Mail – Setup on a device    


Mail - If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

New App Password:

Try creating a new App Password. Your App Password may need to resync - something typical after update installations and such. You would log in using that password, rather than your eMail password. See if it then works.

For Example: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google
