You cannot. Apple does not get involved, at all, with personal lost or stolen property. Turn the device in to the police or a lost and found center nearest where you found it.


There is no way for any individual person to find out info about and iPhone owner if that iPhone owner has not CHOSEN themselves to leave lost information as a lost lode message.
