My phone states that my Apple Acct has been disabled

My new IPhone 12 shows states that my Apple ID acct has been disabled and doesn’t allow me to install apps

If your Apple ID account has been locked or disabled:

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes,"
