Hi all, i wondered if anyone knows if the Magic keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9" is compatible with the iPad Air 4th Gen?
I'm thinking of buying the iPad Air now, and possibly the new iPad Pro 2021 version when it is released but would only really need 1x keyboard, so trying to figure out if the Magic keyboard is cross compatible?
The apple site says the iPad Pro 11" keyboard works with the iPad Air 4th Gen, but not whether the 12.9" works with iPad Air.

You have to purchase the 11 inch screen iPad Pro vesion of the Magic Keyboard for a new iPad Air 4.
Both these models have the same size chassis.
The version of the Magic Keyboard for the 12.9 inch screen iPad Pro will NOT work.
All of the connection pins and magnets and camera cutoitswill all be in a diffrent position that fits the 12.9 inch screen iPad Pro and NOT for the 11 inch screen iPad Pro/iPad Air 4.
