Lightning headphone port not working

it could be dirty or damaged from the inside due to multiple attempts or usage . But if you got the iPhone brand new please visit the Apple Store and tell them. Its very rare for new iPhones to have this problem but it can occur a lot. if problem not solved please reply to me and ill help you out as soon as I question higher people with more knowledge of the problem
