iTunes

I have 3 devices authorized for iTunes. I recently before I wanted get rid of some my old music CD's, copy them to iTunes. I used another PC `(Windows 10) to do this. This music now appears under THAT laptop in iTunes, but not in my iTunes on my Mac. I should mention that I have a monthly subscription for iTunes as well.How do I get this fixed (my Mac does not have CD capability.

Is iCloud Music Library aka Sync Library enabled in each computer/device? See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support.
