Setting up Apple Pay with updated card

My card was out of date, in the bank they gave me new with the same number, but another CVV code, and now I can’t turn Apple Pay on and pay for my iCloud. What should I do?

Apple Pay problems I do not have a proper ID to verify my account. All I have is a vesta card which is not a legal document but does have my picture, name etc on it. Is there anyway I can use this in some way ??
