I am using macbook with BigSur OS. When I am trying to connect remote server from Terminal through SSH command, it is timing out. When I try this in safe mode, it is working.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue is appreciated.

It got resolved. The issue was a vpn Pulse Secure app which was running in the background even if I was not connected through it. I had to remove Pulse Secure app to resolve the issue. Thanks for your help.

If it works when booted into safe mode then you have some third party app that is launching during normal boot that is interfering with the connection and it is timing out. Apps that may interfere include third party antivirus, vpn, proxies, cleaning, network management, ... apps.

I am not using any antivirus and not connected to vpn. I am using my home wifi.
Any suggestions how to find out the rogue apps which is stopping me to connect ssh in normal mode but not in safe.
