rename a device on account

How can I rename a device listed on my account? For example, one device is for home the other for work. How can I rename them so I can find the correct computer for transfers?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Rename them on each device. On a Mac, go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name.

On an iPhone or iPad: Settings > General > About > Name.
