I have a pop up that stays no matter what. I can move it around, but not way or to trash. What should I do?

Any suggestions for getting rid of an unwanted pop up the stays and stays.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Try force quitting the app that created the popup. Press these three keys together: Option, Command, and Esc (Escape). Then select the app in the Force Quit window and click Force Quit.
