updating from Sierra 10.12.6

Need to update from 10.12.6 on Mac mini (late 2014), I see Mojave 10.14 will work with 32 and 64 bit apps,

above may not. So thinking to go with Mojfave 10.14. Do I need to update incrementally? Update to 10.13

first and then to 10.14, or just update to 10.14?
