subscription information

i started a free trial for an app and it automatically paid for the year subscription taking $31.99 out of my account and i didn’t want the subscription is there any way to cancel it and get my money back?

Subscriptions I Have an issue. I've downloaded an app and started the free trial that the app had for 7 days. I unsubscribed from the free trial in the same day but i still got charged after the 7 days passed ( today ). The plan had suddenly changed from a free trial one to a yearly one and i got charged 29.99€ from the card i use on my phone. I never wanted to buy the subscription thats why i unsubscribed and i don't know what to do. I do not want the subscription and i would like to get my money back.

Press Cancel Subscription in the screenshot, click here, and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
