Please what do I do my iPhone 7 stopped recognizing my headphones for months now. It keeps sounding from the phone’s speaker even when I plug in my 3.5 mm Apple headphones

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and headphones and advise you how to proceed.
