Hello,
I was wondering what is the pricing to get a cracked camera lens for an iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed and it does have AppleCare+? I tried to find a pricing but nothing is straight forwards it is just giving the pricing for "Out of Warranty Pricing"

If you have applecare+ you would pay $49 for all repairs including screen replacements, etc with accidental damage covered. If you have the standard warranty you will be paying the amount that apple charges for accidental damage, in your case, $99

The rear camera module can be repaired by Apple.
Accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty.
