How do I set a time for the alarm to go off?

Open the Clock app, tap Alarm at the bottom of the screen, tap + at top right of the screen, type in the time using the keyboard at the bottom of the screen (or touch the small time numbers and scroll with your finger), tap AM or PM, tap Save at top right of screen.
