Dark pressure spot on iPad screen

Hello,

A few days ago I received my new iPad Air 4, and noticed something really strange. Whenever I press the screen on the left side of the iPad (The side where it has the rear camera and the volume buttons). A weird dark spot appears on the exact same place, like it has some component inside putting pressure against the LCD panel.

Is this normal? I would go to a genius bar but I live in south america and we don't have genius bars here, I have to ship it to an authorized reseller which apparently have been dealing with Apple warranties for a long time.

The thing is it doesn't bother me too much, I'm just worried it's gonna get worse with time or something. Do I risk getting a lower quality refurb by Apple iPad or something if I ask for a replacement? I've never used Apple warranty before so I'm not sure how it works.

This is what I mean, and it only appears with mild amount of pressure (like a 1/10) not when just touching, it has a liquid like movement:

any help would be really appreciated.

The screen is working, it just came with a defect every time i press the screen on the left side a dark spot appears. It happens even without the case.

I've tried contacting my local Apple support company and they don't respond my emails, not sure what to do.
