Was that an email sent to you? It is a scam and phishing email. The idea is to have you call the number and capture your information by making you believe that you are speaking to Apple. Delete that email and do not call. Below is some good reading for you. Please review:

That looks like a scam message to me.
First check with your card issuer, or on your online banking, if there has really been a transaction.
