i forgot my security questions
and i can't change ,
whenever i try it
you said " We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions"
may i guess , beacase i did't write my other email address to recover my account, i could't
and so, how should i do to solve my problem
please help me

If you are using an iPhone, you can enable two-factor authentication. Thus, there will be no need for security questions. Tap Settings> Password & Security> Turn On Two-Factor Authentication. When you forget your Apple ID password, you can change it by entering this menu again with your iPhone password.
