My former partner of 7 years had all my passwords for EVERYthing... they continue to manipulate my account. When I log into that ID there is always a new device logged in.... how can I get my privacy back?? Please help this is driving me crazy!!!

Simple https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204145 follow this instructions i suggest to activate two factor authentication using ur personal phone number and go to apple.id.apple.com check all the information of the acc and remove devices from the account that aren't yours
