I’ve had my phone for about a month now and the rear camera does not focus at all when it’s using the tele camera. I’ve already restarted the phone to factory settings, I updated the phone to the latest iOS version, but so far nothing seems to help. I don’t know what else to do.

I already got in contact with them and they did an system diagnostic of the phone and camera, they helped my reset the phone to its factory settings. Unfortunately they couldn’t come up with a solutions that’s why they told me to take it to a technician to get the phone/camera inspected. There I was told the camera was in great condition and that maybe once the phone was updated the problem would go away but so far it has not. Should I get in contact with apple support again?
