when I delete my pics or videos they come back and it doesn’t delete them properly. Can anyone help with this? I need to delete them for storage as iCloud is full.

Make sure you empty the Recently Deleted album:-

Settings, general, iphone storage

Show all recommendations

Empty Recently Deleted.
