Increasing storage on Macbook Air

Hi everyone, I want to increase my Mac's storage since it's recently full and I tried to deleted all of things are not necessary. How can I increase my storage? I've learn there are different ways to increase like using hard drive but I don't know how to do? Can you guys help me please?

Increase Macbook Pro Storage I've been wondering if I can upgrade the storage on my Macbook computer as it always seems to run out of space and I have to constantly clear out files every now and then just to have it running quickly and store files. How do I clear OTHER storage on my macbook air? 40 GB? I am being told that my disk is full, to the extent that I can't even update the operating system. When I try to manage my storage, it appears that 40GB+ is marked as OTHER but there is no way for me to see what it is or remove unnecessary items. How can I clean up my OTHER storage please?

I don't know that you can with a MacBook Air without just clearing off what you have on there so there's room for more. Go to the macsales.com web site with the computer details which you have not posted here and see what it says you can do in terms of upgrading hardware.
