How to add Crunch Fitness card to Apple Wallet?

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone has had this problem and possibly a solution.

I’m trying to add my gym card to my apple wallet so that I can use my watch to check in. I used to have an iPhone 6s Plus and it worked just fine. I added the card to the wallet through the Crunch Fitness app and it worked great on my watch. Now I have an iPhone 11 and I can not add my new card at all. I’ve tried searching for info but nothing. Here is the snapshot of what I’m getting when I try to add it. Wondering if anyone can help?
