TouchBar suddenly gone.

Hi. After one week of using my new Macbook Pro 2020 M1, my TouchBar suddenly went blank. In these two weeks I have read all the informations about how to bring it back, but non of them worked. (Restarting, Terminal commands ,reinstalling macOS (three times, with and without erasing the Macintosh HD), and so on)

Today i found a way to force my mac running TouchBarServer in Activity Monitor, and brought my TouchBar Display back, but not the touch part. After restarting it will be blank again. Maybe some important files is missing in mac. Still there is no TouchBarAgent or ControlStrip in my Activity Monitor. Is there a way to manually get them back to work?
