How to unlock 2 iPhone
When I set up new iPhones I used same Apple account for my granddaughter. She is older now and has her own account. When we try to switch, both phones go to the same account. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you're trying to update your granddaughter's iPhone to use another Apple ID and we want to help.
If she has created her own Apple ID, she'll need to completely erase her iPhone and sign in using her new Apple ID.
Simply signing out and signing in typically leaves lots of data on the device associated with the old Apple ID.
If she has data to save she might want to contact Apple Support for help:
