Apple watch how remove apple id?

i bought one apple watch s3 but it has an apple id i can't delete it in any way and i need help you can take it out could you somehow save some advice? I cant log in with my apple id s

Assuming it's Activation Locked you won't be able to unlock it unless you can get the ID and password used to lock it from ther previous owner. Please see About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the rules in this link;

Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.

If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
