Apple Watch workout app

In the workout app on Apple Watch all of my friends can see their heart rate on the screen during a workout. I can’t on mine & when I check the settings the heart rate part is greyed out. It’s like this for all workouts??

No heart rate on AppleWatch workout app I used to get a heart rate reading when using the workout feature on Apple Watch but it doesn’t appear now. I checked the settings, privacy buttons on both watch & iPhone. I rebooted the watch. Anything else?

Heart Rate on Outdoor Running Hi, since a few months ago. I can’t see my heart rate on my Apple Watch anymore. It’s greyed out on the app and I can’t seem to change it.

activity no longer tracks heart rate. I had an Apple Watch 2. When I did an activity (walk or run), it automatically gave me heart rate data. My new watch 7 doesn’t do that. What setting do I enable, please. Thanks

Check to see if you have workout power saving mode turned on,this turns off the heart rate monitor.
