Can't Open Messages

Hi! So I can't log into Messages. I tried everything. I tried restarting my Mac, changing passwords, system preferences, etc. literally everything. I did all the tutorials and steps. It comes with "iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message."

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

If you can't sign in to your iMessage account:

(Eg. Some with the same issue have found that re-setting the NVRAM (instructions from link on the support page) has solved it for them.)
