Hi Rsmfll,

We see you're unable to hear when your iPhone 6s rings on iOS 14.0.1, is that correct?

If so, take a moment to look through the steps here:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

After adjusting the sound settings and sliders, let us know if the issue persists.
