Deleting apps from iPhone IOS 14
When I do what is said in this tutorial, the delete this app button does not appear

Try long-holding any app on your screen, even after this pop-up window shows, until there are “x”s over all downloaded apps throughout all app pages (just not the ones that came with your phone). You should be able to delete the app like that.
