apple watch stuck on activating cellular

My new apple watch has been stuck on activating cellular for 3 days now. My carrier sais that the data plan is activated and working on their side. I tried unpairing it and pairing as a new watch but i didn’t work. Neither did restarting the watch and iphone.

So far, nothing is working- any ideas? I am hesitant to go into a T Mobil store if it is something I can fix at home.

My Apple Series 7 watch won't connect to cellular. My Apple Series 7 watch was working with cellular just fine. Cellular may have stopped working well when I updated my watch. Any suggestions as to how to solve this issue?
