I am trying to find out what my @icloud ID is

As per the article If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

  • Open iCloud for Windows.
  • Open iTunes on your PC, choose Account, then select View My Account. If you’re signed in to iTunes with your Apple ID, you'll see your account name and email address.

You can also verify the Apple ID in this link https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!&section=appleid

If you've created an Apple ID that doesn't end in @icloud.com, you'll need to create an account that ends in @icloud.com to use iCloud Mail. Check out the information in the article below:
