Lost iPad will not play sound

My iPad shows it is in my house. I try to play the lost sound and it will not play. I have tried calling it, will not take calls. How accurate is the actual location? I can see the location in my house on my other ipad. I can see myself walking around my house on my other iPad. I have torn the house apart and cannot find the missing iPad. Help please! This is my work iPad.
