Hi Blw51bl,
It seems you're having trouble with Safari and we can help.
Is this happening on a specific website or on every website?
Try clearing the website data for Safari:
Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue continues and is isolated to one website, you may have to contact the webmaster for them to properly support Safari.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

Reply to Jeremy’s email.....I did clear cookies and all things viewed. It isn’t just one website it’s all of them. I am temporarily using google chrome and it works fine. Can someone talk me thru fixing this?
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
i have cleared everything, and it does it on every web site.
I have tried everything you have suggested.. is there a store I can take it? Or should I just get a new one.
I have tried all your suggestions.
