I am unable to update any of my apps it is saying my account has been disabled

How do I get my account to be able to update my apps? It’s saying it is disabled

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

By contacting Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
